Help with the Lumecast app on iOS and Android

Reports of unsafe content or behaviour are reviewed and acted on within 24 hours.
In any cast, open the ⋯ menu → Report. You can also block any host — Eclipse them — from the same menu.

Lux packs are processed by Apple or Google. If a purchase didn't arrive, restart the app first. If it's still missing, email us with the store receipt.
Self-serve in Profile → Settings → Delete Account, and it's immediate. See the account deletion page for exactly what happens to your data.
Managed at lumecast.app/creator. Sign in with the same email you use in the app to see your earnings and request a payout once your balance reaches US$100. Lumecast covers standard payout fees.
